Privacy at StuffieSpark

StuffieSpark helps parents and adult caregivers create AI videos from stuffed-animal photos. Contact us about privacy at support@stuffiespark.com.

Information we process

We process your email and authentication information, saved stuffie names, uploaded photos, activity instructions and optional messages, generated videos, purchase identifiers, subscription status, and credit balances and usage. Our infrastructure providers also process technical information such as IP addresses and operational logs to run and secure the service.

How information is used

We use this information to create and store your videos, sign you in, manage purchases and credits, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand service usage and generation costs.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Cloudflare provides our API, email delivery, and private photo and video storage. RevenueCat and the applicable app store process purchases and subscription information. When you create a video, the selected photos, activity instructions, and optional message are sent to KIE.ai and the selected AI model providers for generation. StuffieSpark does not receive your full payment-card details from the app store.

Your photos and videos

Saved media is associated with your account. Completed videos are copied to our storage so your library does not depend on the generation provider’s temporary download link. If you share a video or sharing link, recipients may save or forward it.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information and saved media to provide the service until you delete them or request account deletion. Account deletion removes your account and saved media through a cleanup process that retries temporary failures. Service providers may retain transaction, security, or backup records according to their policies and legal obligations. Copies downloaded or shared by others cannot be recalled. Store subscriptions must be canceled separately.

Parents and children

The service is intended for adults, not for children to create their own accounts. Upload photos of stuffies and scenes without people. Do not include a child’s full name, contact information, or other sensitive personal information in a message or prompt. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support. We may verify account ownership before acting. You can manage store subscriptions in your device’s subscription settings.

We may update this page as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
